1. I know we are meant to have a certain portion of iron in our diet, but what about gold?

meh, i've had... some sort of alcohol wth gold bits. i thought it looked fancy, but it tasted like shit (well... it actually tasted of licorice, so i didn't have it too often, and when i did, i skulled/shot it because of the foul taste).
