This song just makes my heart sing. It's from Bare: A Pop Opera, which is one my favorite new finds since coming to UArts. It's just a really good musical in a lot of ways.

Anyways, Thanksgiving was nice...sleep was nicer. I have my audition monologue memorized (it's from Neil Labute's Shape of Things and it is a fun monologue about how art is more than just being weird and outrageous...it's a good one) and I think I'm going to sing the Anthem from Chess. It fits very comfortably in my range and I can belt it pretty effortlessly. Hopefully, this turns out to be a good audition...I want to get a good role now...I think I'm good enough at least...well here's hoping...
YAY break...we're almost done with the first semester which is just crazy really...I mean I have learned a lot and really grown both as an actor and as a person. This has been one action packed semester for me.
Let's just hope that next semester is just as interesting...though it would be nice if it was a happier occasion than this one.
