Have any of you heard of The International Church of Christ aka The Boston Movement? I was a member (ack) from 1989-92. It's a real messed up cult; which makes the Mormons look like angels.

Just wondering. It's always nice to find others who've been "there".

I'm afraid I haven't heard of it, but my mother started a wonderful little church called "the Way" which is awfully cult-like itself. In fact, a lot of Christian churches are like cults.
OH..like this church in my city called "Open Bible Fellowship"..Lindsay (petosjr) and I went one time to visit this friend of ours, and I must say, I was a bit scared for my life and mental health. They like to "bark in the Spirit" and other such things. All of the people I know who go there are crazy. Orbie told me about this kid he was talking to who goes there and the kid was telling him about this "intense worship experience" he had had and he said it was so intense it was like he was "making love to Jesus". There are a lot of very strange churches around here..one of many, many reasons that I am not a Christian.
