IDK which the production company this is but it seems to be doing a really good job of adapting the manga artstyle for the anime. This is gorgeous |D

It's MADHOUSE. They've done most of the CLAMP animes. Cardcaptor Sakura, X, Chobits etc. etc.

I THINK THEY KIND OF OUTDID THEMSELVES FOR KOBATO THOUGH. I've watched that preview like thirty times now. kyaaa the colors kyaaa kyaaa the backgrounds

JC Staff was going to be my guess (Hachikuro, Nodame, Parakiss) since it kind of reminded me of them.

Ooooh. Madhouse. I had no idea they did CCS and other Clamp titles. I've only seen CCS but I liked it. This looks like it'll be really good!

uhuhuhu JC Staff. They actually probably would have been my first choice, since I think their style matches up with Kobato's atmosphere well.

At this point even if it's terrible I would probably love it wholeheartedly. 8(b I AM IN SO DEEP.
