Seungho toed the edge of the roof and contemplated what the fall would feel like. Certainly the resulting splat at the end would be briefly and horribly painful. Still, he wondered what the free fall into empty air would feel like. Is love really like a fall off a tall building, he wondered. If so, he figured it would be scary as hell and exhilarating as ecstasy. And, not surprisingly, would end with a painful splat on the cold hard concrete of reality. Only the pain of hitting the pavement from thirty stories would be far briefer than the pain of love.
He turned and walked away.
