The evening train filled with passengers jostling and pressing them together. Bi had watched him move quickly between passengers, slick as a snake, to claim the seat next to him. His golden-brown hair smelled of apricots and late afternoon rain. He smiled and Bi smiled back, unable to resist the elfin quality of his upturned lips. Within minutes, they were pressed shoulder to arm and the stranger's head rested on his shoulder. Bi felt the damp strands soaking water into his suit jacket and thought how he wanted to let that water soak into the palms of his hands.

The train jolted to a stop and passengers disembarked, pressing against people desperate to get into a car and maybe find a seat. Murmurs and cursing floated through the cramped, warm air. A briefcase knocked into the stranger's shoulder. He merely sighed and burrowed closer into Bi's shoulder. Suppressing a smile and the urge to caress those beautifully shaped lips, he enjoyed the heat and dampness of the other man.

Four stops, and as many announcements, later, the stranger opened his eyes, wiped a bit of drool from his lower lip, and straightened. “Sorry about using your shoulder for a pillow.”

“No problem.” Bi started to ask for a name, a number but the man stood.

Moving into the lighter flow of people leaving the train, he smiled and said, “Well, I'll see you around.”
