i must've seen about fourteen people running just on campus as i was coming home from work this morning. it's good to see so many in the frigidness.

although for me it has now been twelve days with no running, and i'm starting to get antsy and irritated. i've been biking, but it's just not the same. hurry up monday.

You know, it actually seems colder here in Tally than it does in Pcola. Call me crazy.

we'll only have official organized practice maybe five times before the holidays start, but yeah, i'll be running on my own, or with a couple guys from the team every day. me, miller, and padilla are gonna hit the mileage hard this winter...probably get up to about 90 miles a week. i've never done that much before (my previous weekly high was 78), so it should be interesting, but i should also be in the best shape of my life.

how bout your swimming??
