If we could have it our way, our weddings wouldn't comprise of the church thing in the morning and the traditional dinner in the evening. Especially the dinner. BIG waste of time and money, and most of the people don't even seem to want to be there!

It's very much a tribal thing. Son/daughter gets married, must inform the whole world.
