Awww, I love this story so much over at fanfiction.net. I'm so happy to see it posted here! The way you handle the hurt and healing, and how you have love for all the characters.... awww. I can't recall the number of times you've utterly broken my heart with this story. Oh boys!!! *Smothers them both with hugs*

Honestly, of all the Season or post-Season 5 stories, this is the one that helped me make my peace with Peter and the whole arch (which is pretty ironic, considering...).

Well, I wouldn't say that Peter changed that much in Season 5.... he always had those qualities, only they never came across so strongly - and let's face it, some fans tended to idolize him and also idolize the relationbship between him and Neal

Yeah....their relationship is one of one man holding another man prisoner against his will. It may be a compelling relationship involving deep trust, affection, and love, but healthy it's never going to be. At least not until Neal is off his anklet and can make choices of his own
