I hate that America keeps bastardizing other countries "holidays." St. Patrick's Day, Cinco de Mayo, etc. These are not big holidays in the original countries - we just steal them and use them as an excuse to get shitfaced drunk...

Sometimes, it makes me want to pat people on the head and say something like, "¡Sí, hoy es el cinco de mayo! ¡Y mañana será el seis de mayo! Muy bueno, niños. Y entonces... ¡El siete de mayo!" in the most condescending voice ever.
