Thanks a lot. Yeah, it was a friend of mine who was all "ahhh, I'm living with scary abusive roommates!" and I thought I could lend a hand. And then whoops, he found another place that would get him out of the current living situation faster after 3 months of telling me "April 1st is fine!". Damn it

I would be looking to rent for six months. I'm a hair stylist relocating from the Maryland/West Virginia area. Lesbian. I'm pretty artsy. If I'm not working, you'll most likely find me painting or writing. I like my privacy and am very respectful of others'. I do eat meat, but very seldom, and using my own stuff isnt a problem whatsoever. I wouldnt be grilling up anything wild.
IF I would party it would most definately be outside the apartment. 420 friendly, helpful with cleaning, not a fan of roaches, no pets, and really into this.

First, real quick: Some questions for you: Do you have a job/source of income/stockpile of savings waiting for you in NYC? Would you be able to meet in person for an interview/tour?
