I participated in medical research a few times over the years. Sometimes I was turned away, others they didn't care.

From what a know, there is no "usta be a lady"™ blood test. They can test your hormone levels to see if they're in normal "dood range".

Depending on the medication, the lack of testes and a prostate could be nothin or it could be sumptin. Just depends.

Don't let the awkwardness of the reveal keep you from some green. Just channel the Cockettes.

Thanks a lot for responding. Its funny, when you think you're far enough down the road that you're not going to face too many more unique challenges around disclosure, something weird like this comes up. I don't recall my years of combing through the FTM LJ community or attending support groups addressing the concerns of human lab rats to be, so its good to know someone else has been trying this.

I'm in normal dude range for T, so that should be fine. Do you disclose right away or wait for the prostate exam to break the news?
