Why can't I sleep through the night?

Feb 27, 2009 06:55

It's been 2 weeks since I have been able to sleep through the night.  I toss and turn all night long, I wake up wide awake.  I can't get comfortable.  I thought it might be a pillow problem and changed my pillow last night...no such luck.

Pillow problem or not, I'll highly reccomend one of the TempurPedic pillows. We got them along with a new mattress set a while back. Even if we hadn't bought the TempurPedic mattress, they would have had to pry the pillows out of our cold dead hands.

Seriously - Made. Of. Awesome.

Sweety, it usually works 2 ways...either you sleep non-stop or really poorly thru your first trimester. Its just you body dealing with all the changes going on. By your second trimester it should even out. One thing you might try is not to eat things that are real fatty or heavy protein in the evenings; they tend to make your digestive system work harder and that can keep you awake.
Hang in there and hug hug.
