I'm not sure if you're looking for advice, but you could try putting together a Google Form survey asking about what issues folks feel are important (require the name or email of the person who is submitting the form, or the name of their kid(s), so that you don't get duplicate/spam entries). Then you can have actual numbers to point to.

That might all be unnecessary, though. It sounds like you're being as politic as possible. Kudos.

Honestly, it's like 3 people. No one else cares.

It looks like I handled this one well - I've gotten private thank yous from a number of parents and the head of school. So at least I didn't screw it up.
