Oh dear. Sending lots of good vibes your way! Maybe the cold and snow will lower your and ARR's temperatures? I'm pretty sure physics works like that...

Is there anything I can bring you from CA in a few weeks to help you fully recover?

I'd ask for sleep, but I'm pretty sure you get less of that than I do these days. :)
