Yamato is great (super punctual!) and relativity cheap. They also have support in English on their site and via phone. Just pick up some forms at a konbini or you can call them and they'll drop them off for you. :)

Yes, Kuroneko Yamato is seriously the way to go. Cheap and fast. You just have to make sure you will be at your new place to receive the boxes when they get there.

Thirding Kuroneko. I think they have pretty good rates for single person moves with not a lot of stuff. They made my move from Tohoku to Chubu a breeze! And you can schedule what time/what day you want them to drop it off at the new place. Good luck!
