I like the imagery you used (particularly the "engraved in your memory as a film is on a tape. Rewind, fast forward, rewind, and it never stops" bit), and the almost nonsensical flow of thoughts from the narrator. I like that it's vague, too; leaves things to the imagination of the reader. :)
