Heh, it's pretty much like that here in Alaska.. well except the 10kph, we stay the speed limit.. The First snow in Anchorage nets on the average 40+ accidents (Not including the Macho 4 Wheelers who've slid off the road into the median,or off the side of the road, but luckily not hit anyone. There's about 20 of these fools on the first day). I mean it's not like Alaska is new to this whole snow routine.
Here, most likely we'll get icy streets that every Zamboni driver would be proud of. Although we still drive 88kph till the visibility is zero, and then we only slow down a little. *lol*
