I love balsamic
Last night R took me to Zingerman's for a sandwich and while we were waiting we decided to peruse the vinegars and spices.
Just as R asked me if I ever had the Zingerman's Balsamic, a worker was restocking behind us and when I said no offered to give a tasting!! The first one was adged in oak for 10 years and was the sweetest vinegar I've ever ( Read more... )
