Brookville Lake is subsitute for Lake Cumberland but...

Lake Cumberland will always be numbah one in my book. BUT since I live 4 hours away from paradise, Brookville is plenty closer like 30 minutes away and will do nicely. Brookville has a beach and Ashley and I went swimming. Naturally I feel refeshed. The water was WARM but the air was COLD. And they must of got a crap load of rain because for as ( Read more... )

Hey - glad to see you can actually swim in the water you have there. Here in Scotland the water is quite dirty in most places, the beaches are UGH, and the rivers have fish in, so you can't swim in them. But hey - since when did people ever obey the rules! lol.
