Holy crap, this "30 years of Hip Hop" episode on VH1 just had Kid Creole and Fab 5 Freddy speak.

There was even a shot of Basquiat talking to Deb Harry in the Rapture video.

It's like this episode was meant to cater to my downtown New York fixation.

all music these days seems to suck, mainstream anyway. i can't remember the last time i bought an album that had a single on the radio. hell, for that matter i dont even listen to the radio, cause anything you like turns to crap as soon as mtv gets ahold of it, good thing that ruby soho video didnt catch on...
