I need to start RPing in Emerald Blues, but I'm honestly not quite sure what I'm doing or what to do.
I haven't exactly been in a formal RP before and I only started RPing at all sometime this past year.

Do you have an AIM? Usually that's the best way to plot and work out things. *smiles* Does it matter where your charrie's starting point is? I have my new charrie Rose who perhaps could have strayed off for a quick meeting, there's the maruke Sirius who's being revamped, Lea and Nona are both occupied but perhaps if those don't work Seto as well.
