Yay the Derby was so great!! Hankis was sooooooooo good <3 . God I'm so friggen happy with him right now! He didn't ONCE pull his stupid canter on the spot crap- even going into the big Derby ring. it figures, though, that since she was a quarab, she was probably super tiny. i'd have guessed (in my oh-so-educated opinion... haha) that she'd be 15 hh tops. because that's just my luck. but she was perfect otherwise... and she's was super pretty too.
i talked to my parents about the gymkhana, and they said they're willing to pay the 35$ for the insurance, which quite surprises me. it's all a question of how do i get it? i honestly have no clue... but everything's still a green light on my end for being there on the 7th. nice and early too... i was thinking to show up at around 8 AM-ish... would that be ok?

Check your gmail account damnit! I emailed you like a month ago :P . There's a link to an online form there, check how long it'll take for you to get the 'proof', cause if you can't get it right away there's not really any point...
Is your friend still gonna come?

no, i never check gmail. but thanks for the link and whatnot, i'm just a little slow. i think that you can just print out the form once payment's been received by horse council b.c and that works as proof until they mail you something via the post.
yes, she's still planning on coming, if that's still ok with you.
it's all up to you, really. if you don't feel comfortable with her being there, then i completely understand.
i personally trust her, otherwise i would never suggest her coming along. she loves horses, and she's very quiet and level headed. she's not one to make a fuss or have a freak out. but if you're not sure or if you just don't want me to have anyone along, that's fine with me too. it's completely your decision. :)

That's good that you can get the form! All you need is your horse council number if Terri is doing entries again (cause I told her you already had HC, remember :P ), which I don't think she's going to do because her and Joe are riding in this one.
Great! Everything works out perfectly then! I'm gonna give you a call tonight from mom's place once I find out when we're leaving Coombs (sunday or monday). Your friend (okay, what's her name?) is welcome to stay the night if she wants, if not we can leave on sunday after the Gymkana, whatever works for you!
