About two years ago I searched quite diligently for Vorkosigan fic and could never seem to find any, but after a couple of years without the internet it's fantaboulous to come back and discover there are now some real treasures out there. And this is definately one of them!

Thank you to both the original author and the translator. The story is put together wonderfully and I find it hard to tell that it wasn't written in English!

I just discovered your fanfiction - thank you so much for bringing a corner of the Vorkosigan universe alive for me again. Time has not dulled my interest, and your writing makes me eager to reread the series from the beginning, yet again. Interestingly, while the prose can occassionally be a bit awkward from native English speaker's point of view, it adds an interesting dimension, a level of charm - almost as if, while there's plenty to empathasize with, there's also a pleasant awareness that this is not our universe. There is an intriguing "otherness" giving the sense that I understand the characters's motivations and actions just enough, but that there's a mysterious layer out there tantalisingly out of reach. And that sense of otherness is one of the characteristics that has always drawn me to science fiction. Thank you again.
