I'm afraid the drive would have been for naught. Iowa has no liquor sales after 2 a.m. (or maybe it's 3, or maybe it's 1). I'm not sure of the exact time, I just know we have that kind of law. I just hope you guys (or at least whoever was driving) were sober for the trip.
