Hey there. Thank you so much for your kind words. I'm doing the best that I can be expected to I reckon. Kind of mopey and uninspired 'bout pretty much damn near anything. But I'm being fed well and taken good care of. Trying to give myself a break on showing up at work. Also trying to figure out how to be my Nana's namesake when I changed my name over a year ago.
Gender presentation never seemed trickier.
Take care of yourself too. I'll make sure you get an update on the family debacle (I mean reunion...I mean funeral) one way or the other.

You will always be your Nana's namesake, regardless of your given name. Part of it is name, sure, but there is also the intent behind it which you have kept - to honor your grandmother. Perhaps you can name one of your children after her! Or masculinize her name (one of them) to use as your middle name, or a second middle name. There are ways, love. You're most welcome, btw.
Gender presentation, I'm sure, is most tricky when there are circumstances you couldn't prepare for.

I'm glad you and C and the cats are all okay.
The universe does hate you, doesn't it? :-(
