i have terrible eyesight at twilight. everything curiously appears two dimensional; moving images in a picture without any depth. it becomes quite scary when you can no longer tell when your skin is still safe from objects it should not touch; you end up with nasty raw flesh every single time ( Read more... )

You know how evening lights turn city streets into sepia portraits, flattened by twilight hours? I hate the melancholy, I am too young for regret.

regret has always been the evil offspring of choice, a child we want to, but can never kill off completely.

curiously, street lights comfort me. but the beauty of sunset and the monsters that it can conjure are the stuff of my morbid nightmares.

i can almost hear the sea hiss when the sun touches it.

only to find out that it is my blood fizzling as poetry evaporates drop by every single drop.
