So, I go to Sleater-Kinney last night at Maria at I would say that easily 2 out of every 3 people were native English-speakers, probably expats coming to see one of their favorite stateside bands. I chatted briefly with someone from DC while waiting for the band and I heard lots of English in the foyer. I felt so stupid. There was a period of total
