and a little tiny condo! That pretty much sums up our housebuying in San Francisco saga. Even more hilariously, our big gay realtor has referred us to a big gay mortgage broker. I may have missed the parade, but I'm experiencing Pride aplenty. If only they would stick around once the transaction is completed and help me decorate

Home ownership is misery. And joy. I don't have kids yet, but I'm expecting houses are rather similar. They are endless trouble, but you wouldn't want to have it any other way :)
