i did check every line and i'm VERY proud!

...although, if you're gonna get picky, I don't know many people who say baBY or meTER (those words are natural trochees, like GAry, DAra, JAffe, PUMPkin, OYster, etc...) but that is so so unimportant because I love love love love love the poem. I never realized that C3P0 was so naturally iambic, and it really is!

Here's a haiku for you:

Gently, music floats
from Dara's newfound iambs,
from her loving verse.

and another:

"Gary loves Dara"
exists in every tongue the
protocol droid speaks.
