Your paper..."a document in madness"..."DO IT, (England)"

This is the last day of classes. I've never been sadder about this fact. At least I'm ending on Westerns, and if I cry again it won't really be noticeable because I cry at the end of like every single movie in that class (which is embarrassing in itself)...but have I mentioned that I cry ( Read more... )

Thank you so much, Marnie. I regard you as a sage. I've embraced the crying to an extent - I just wish it wouldn't happen in public so much, or ever. At times, the release can be so helpful, but at other times (read: three hours of crying after "Gone With the Wind," "Roman Holiday," "Thelma and Louise," and "Stand by Me"), it can be a little much.

Thank you again, love.

right away, ma'am. may I ask why exactly Ophelia is putting up an "antic disposition?" besides the obvious fact that her dad's dead and she wants her brother to seek revenge? And then why does she kill herself?

...or does Gertrude push her? (Gasp!)

GARY GOD DAMNIT

Yes, Gertrude does indeed kill Ophelia in my version (and then gives a beautiful description of her being pulled down from her "melodious lay")

Stop reading my mind and stop spoiling the surprises of my film!

...we'll discuss this later

oh miss sholl, how i love thee!!! i think it is far better to feel too many emotions than not enough! to quote first wives club on the subject of emotions: i'm an actress, i've got all of them!
i love you very very much!!! i hope the remaining time at wesleyan goes fabulously well!

oh how I love you, Kathleen. I got your message and it made me smile and laugh and say out loud, "I love her." to whoever happened to be passing by.

I must confess I own the First Wives Club and that's a great quote. Also, I recently found out that the woman who's having sex in bed who says, "You look great!" to the Goldie Hawn actress character as she goes by the window is Richard Burton's daughter. (I know, I spend too much time on IMDB)
