You know when people say, "It's been a summer," and you can only ever vomit or empathize? There's not much room for a neutral response, not like that. Not when you know there's something epic looming behind the exasperation. But even so, I want to say that it's been a week. Only, when I say it here and now, I want it to sound as dramatic as it ( Read more... )

You should post what you write about on tattoo culture. I'm inked, myself, but I always like reading other peoples thoughts on it, whether they're in the culture or not.

White is the sum of all colour; black is the absence of all - you can see the parallel to the "goth" culture in the obsession with black. The more black they wear the less they have to feel and the less they have to deal with real life. But that's my and my crooked way of looking at life.

Havok! :D

I find that most of my friends become disappointing to me when I'm going through a major personal change, and I can't get what I need from them. Or I find I'm out-growing them, so I have to readjust how I think of them. Once I do that, I can usually get what I need from them in some way or another.

i saw it's birth, I watched it grow, i felt it change me...

I think that'll help me out a lot.

I KNOW. That's such a downer. And then he's still all young and widowery. Boo.

Attempts... ah, but maybe our attempts, for better and/or for worse, only help get us to the greater good we're reaching for. Whatever it is for a person.

So maybe our being twinly messy is really very good. It keeps things interesting AND off of the beaten path.

Glad! ♥ I was relieved to finally pick something that was what I imagine you to be. I have two (or sort of three - one has been lost to my favorite gay guy) of those plastic pieces of bling and they're basically their own party. And the mix? Yaysssssss
