Oh I know. We are so incredibly similar, and it's awesome. I actually like it infinitely more, us bonding over semi-dark things, because it's more intensely real than the easy stuff, the sweeter stuff.

Terrible way to look at life... You know, I wonder that (of course) but I usually end up with this one ambiguous answer: a cynical view is not terrible, just tried and true.

I guess our deal, what we need to work on most, is just letting the good exist on its own - not comparing it to any bad that has come before it or any bad that will follow.
