First, off, yay Castiel is alive! And secondly, it's about frickin' time they showed him! This season just hasn't been the same without Misha Collins in it. I'm not saying it's been a bad season, but it has felt like something has been lacking. Between the loss of Castiel, Bobby and the Impala, I was starting to freak out.
That being said, Castiel has no recollection of his memory. Which sucks. Also, him not being Castiel has changed the whole dynamic and chemistry between him and Dean. Again, don't get me wrong. It was great having him back, but you could clearly tell that the chemistry between him and Dean was off when they were in the car together.
I was happy that he finally remembered by the end, and I'm happy that he was able to save Sam. I am, however, sad that he's now the one being locked up in a mental institute and being tormented by Lucifer. And Meg is his nurse? None of this can end well.
Lucifer, once again was great at tormenting poor Sam. There is nothing quite as bad as not being able to sleep. As someone who has the noisiest neighbours in the history of the world, I could totally feel his pain.
Anyway, great episode, overall. Thoughts? Opinions?
