My condolences on the loss of your grandmother. Watching a loved one go slowly is never easy.

Secondly,

A toxic relationship is a toxic relationship. I know, I had one with/have one with my father for years. I finally after receiving a rather nasty note in a christmas card (fully of half truths and lies) cut the ties. There comes a point where one must look at the whole picture and remember to preserve one's self.

It isn't easy, lord it is NOT easy, but it in the long run has been the best thing I ever did.

You may be forced to make that decision. It won't be easy, but you cannot let yourself get run over by a mac truck of guilt if you decide to walk away. You're no good to anyone if you are a wreck. Keep that in mind.

*hugs* buddy... It's always hard figuring out feelings in times of loss, but as long as you're true to yourself and how you feel, your decisions should be good ones.

*Hugs* She was amazing. I am glad I got to know her for as long as I did.

I am struggling with cutting ties with my blood father. triana is almost 2 years old and he's still has never met her. We got to do what we got to do to survive and stay strong and protect ourselves.

Life is 20,000 different shades of suck right now. I keep praying for a better future.

Love you little brother.
