I told the doctors that things had been gradually getting worse for about a week, but I didn't realize that it had been much longer than that. I got home Wednesday after spending 5 nights in the hospital for breathing problems. Now that I'm feeling sooooo much better, I can see that all of this had been coming on for a couple of months.
