This is where I was quite lucky being in a quite rural hospital I think. the staff were *lovely* and even took Alex off my hands and fed her some formula to give me (and my sore nipples) a break a couple of times.
It's terrifying isn't it? Suddenly theres a delicate fragile tiny perfect thing that needs you, and nothing anyone has said can prepare you for it. I was frightened to even pick Alex up the first day or two in case I broke her.
I've got visions of you there in the hospital with a laptop under the sheets or something lol. Then I realised Josh is prob posting 4u. I'm sure you'll make a great Mum and get the hang of things. Times can be tough but well worth it in the end, people tell me. Just think you've brought a brand new life into the world and thats pretty amazing!

you have hormones flying all over the place at the moment... it'll get easier when that has all settled down and you have Josh around to help out!

I'm sure you'll make a great Mum and get the hang of things. Times can be tough but well worth it in the end, people tell me. Just think you've brought a brand new life into the world and thats pretty amazing!
