Ganondorf.

[She does not sound happy.]

What was that about? The Captain's message? What did you do?

[Sigh.] Everybody... If Ganondorf's hurt someone... I apologize on behalf of the Gerudo.

Leave it alone, Nabooru.

[Ugh, gibbon noises trail at the end of that sentence. Why can't he control that.]

[That weird noise he makes totally throws her off guard and interrupts her anger.]

...ah, uh ... why? What happened?

Who did he hurt? It was not me; he restrained himself.

I don't know. Most likely the other person the Captain mentioned?

Likely.

I eavesdropped. Do not let his actions speak for your race. There is bad fruit on every tree. It is best to cut it off.

...It's not that simple. Cutting him off completely from the Gerudo would be like cutting out your own heart.

[Oh he likes you now.] Are you the leader of your people?

jewelofthesands February 5 2010, 22:52:25 UTC
Yes, I am, now. I was second in command before the war.

That must be quite a burden, to lead people in the aftermath of a war.

I apologize for my fail. jewelofthesands February 8 2010, 07:16:54 UTC
A difficult job, yeah, but not a burden. That implies I'd rather not be doing it. Getting rid of him, and getting the opportunity to put my people back on the right track, is worth more than anything else I could do with my life.

[Snerk} What're you? His mom?

Psh. Hardly. I am his former second in command.

Former?

You were the brains of the outfit, weren't you?

Hardly. His terrible ideas were all his own. He nearly damned us all.
