my resolution for 2008 was to be happier....so I quit my soul sucking job even though I have nothing to go to and I start university in February...and I have a mortgage and student debt...

but I'm happier...and it's only the 6th day into the new year...so that's gotta mean something right?

Yes. It's hard to stay at a soul sucking job. I find that people who are unhappy in what they do for a living carry that negativity 24/7.

You might be poorer for a while, but happier is definitely better. :D
