It's always interesting to see an lj friend comment on another lj friends post when I didn't know we shared the same friend.  And I wonder how long they've been lj friends and I wonder if they're lj friends through me or another lj friend

If I'm one of those people, um, we've been LJ friends for about 4 hours, via a third party. But who knows what complex webs on LJ lead various people to various others...
