Entry is long, and I don't want to junk up your friends pages, so this morning's entry is under ze cut. Mwah!
--Recipe for Disaster!--
1) Pack 1 cup female 13-year-olds into a school.
2) After 7 hours, place females in front of computers.
3) Leave at computers for 3 hours.
4) Stir until you have a sticky, tangled dough.
So.
Today in CCD our teacher was talking about accepting people's apologies when they offer one, not calling people names, and listening to your friends.
So. We get outside. What does Sarah do but run up to Laurel, Stephenie, and Harmony and start whispering. Steph comes up to us, and she's like, "So, I heard your teacher was giving you guys a lecture about not calling people names." (Sarah's holding a grudge against Amy because someone told Sarah she (Amy) called Sarah a *****, which she didn't--Amy tried to clear things up with her but Sarah continues the silent treatment--typical.) So Amy said, "Not really a lecture, just a few words at the end of class..." And thus, I saw a smirk exchanged between Steph and Sarah. So I snapped and said loud enough for Sarah to hear, "Yeah, Steph, the teacher also said that people should listen to their friends and should accept an apology...and I don't much appreciate that smirk you just gave Sarah. And I'm sick of this!" Then I just pushed Amy towards the door and we left without looking back.
So. Amy writes about this ^^ in her LJ. Steph leaves a few comments, we leave a few comments, then me and Steph are battling it out for about 5 minutes through IMs (she was denying the smirk part). Finally, I just said--
jellie801: I understand that you dont consider what you gave her a smirk...either I misinterpreted it or YOU did...you say smile, i say smirk...and why are we fighting over this?!
jellie801: its dumb
So after a few more IMs it was done. Yes, that's me, always stuck in the middle when Sarah decides to get mad at Amy. I'm done with catfights. DONE!
...but of course, every time I say that, something else happens to add to the drama. Rrgh.
Oh, and read the lovely and true comment from Cailyn (talking about Sarah)--
Hmm...CCD sounds fun...Ha ha..I can't believe she wont let that go..I mean, you tried to apologize..Well, don't do what you did in 6th grade and apologize to her when you arent the one holding out the grudge..
MY mom told me once that holding grudges comes back to bite you in the a*s because one day when you really need that certain person, they'll be so sick of you, they won't want anything to do with you..Hmm.. I think thats useful...
Always remember...We're almost [twenty three] FOURTEEN and your still mad at me....
Now is she right, or is she right?! Sheesh. And that's just 4 hours after I woke up!
