My little sister started her first day back at Redwood today. I'm glad UCSD doesn't start that early and even more so I'm glad I now go to UCSD and not Redwood. That place was a miserable vaguely rhomboid holding facility full of cliques and I would have just as soon given it back to the march that was wrecked to build it

Oh yes, how horrid cliques are. I never knew you hated high school, though it's not unusual for MANY people to dislike it. Almost everone I know likes college so much more. Things like that, I don't think it's necessarily bad to hold a grudge if you truly had a bad time...it's not even really a "grudge", it's just the valid feelings you developed through your bad associations with high school. You know? Anyway, I'm glad we're both grateful to start over and get a chance to get away from whatever we had to deal with in high school and try to start over and be a better version of ourselves. Building interpersonal relationships is always hard though, I mean I think everyone has some insecurity about how they deal with other people. At least you're aware of what might be holding you back from feeling confident though, so you have a place to start in how you want to improve your social skills. :)
