Places like chapters and loblaws do carry them, but only during chanukah. Right now might be a good time as they might have some left over and they could, therefore, be cheaper.

As for year round, the gift shop at any of the synagogues is always a good starting point. Also, try the shop at the JCC on Broadview. If none of those places have them (which I would find very hard to believe) they will certainly know where to you can get one.

Loblaws was all sold out even before Channukah ended... the synagogue gift shops will have them. Good luck!
