Julie, I don't really understand why you feel like you need to talk shit about me behind my back and then act nice to my face. I am glad you are happy that I am quitting, I am glad that i am too. I can't wait to never have to deal with that bull shit again. You know, when you are supervising, you have every right to tell people what to do. Thats why there is a little "s" on the schedule. If you can't do that, maybe you shouldn't be a supervisor. Or, maybe you should just trust that some people know what they are doing even if it doesn't seem like it, and you don't need to do things that you don't think they are going to do. Just because not everyone does things hours earlier than they need to be done it doesn't mean that they aren't going to get done. Think about it. And give it a rest on the bitching. the only drama is the drama you are creating. Well, i think I have said enough.
