my friend alissa got her masters online through the university of phoenix. it was a lot of hard work, but she had to do it so she could fulfill the masters requirement for teaching, while teaching at the same time. it's a real degree, but this other person's right in that you won't have the same networking opportunities you would on campus.
for me, though, i was never any good at networking anyway.
i think the biggest challenge will be staying focused on the work load while trying to juggle your 900 other jobs. or even just one job. and still have a life.
