this is what it feels like to be a homeowner...

My head is filled with planning and things that we must do with a little room for "ooohhh that would look great in our new house".

We stood there today, in our back room (soon to be dining/lounge) and laughed at how ONE ROOM is about the same size as what we have been living in for a little over 12 ( Read more... )

indeed...I plan to have you over just as soon as we are settled :) not doing the huge housewarming party where I don't get to talk to anyone thing..well..I will, but it will be strictly reserved for work people.

For people that I like, I am going to have small intimate gatherings of no more than 6 people at a time for dinners and movie nights and bbqs :)

I think David Lynch and Absynthe
BtVS and red wine
Neverending Story, Labyrinth, The Dark Crystal and Legend - with kiddy party food
and OBVIOUSLY the good ole Good Friday BBQ with a movie menu of Last Temptation of Christ, Passions of the Christ and the Life of Brian.
and much, much more :)

That sounds wonderful! Although I may be difficult to fit in as I work weekends mostly these days.:( But I think it sounds awesome and if we can do it I'm all over that.:)
