Umm...I don't think I've ever met anyone who would 'greet and meet' a lobster before cooking it. That includes peeps from N.E. as well as from the rest of the world. Besides, you can greet and meet lots of crabs and crawdads as well. You cook them live too (just like almost every type of shellfish).
