A few ads I've seen have--The UPS Stores have the best prices for public faxing, compared with Office Max/Depot, and Staples.

We have no fax, and I've had to fax a lot for Carol's affairs.

Most printers with a scanner in it will have a fax application, so probably a lot of people have a fax handy, but still I don't see why they won't accept a .pdf file via email.
