I'm starting to get upset with the park manager down south. He has been telling us that utilities are included with rent. Today he told us that non-metered utilities (water, sewer, and trash), are NOT included and will be about $75 a month, making the monthly total about $475, or $25 more than where we are now instead of $50 less. Hobbit thinks the guy might be a bit of a druggie. We are still trying to move in there, but we will probably look for a different place once we have jobs and get established.
