Those of you who have been around for a while may remember that back when I lived in Delaware I went on a miracle drug that helped me lose weight, put on muscle, gave me more energy, helped with my depression, and generally made my life better. I went off of it due to losing insurance and not being able to pay several hundred dollars a month for it

I can attest that stuff is powerful. I had to take depo shots in my 20's. (check out Kallmann Syndrome). Eventually I was producing on my own. I didn't have much anger, but I was tightly controlled with my emotions it'd be hard to tell. Sex drive went through the roof.

Now I'm in my 40's, my level is considerably down, which explains many changes over the past couple years. Lethargy and weight gain. But i dont see my endo until June. Boo! I'll likely need replacement. I'm glad they have gels now. The shots were inconvenient and too, um, dramatic. It was several days feeling like I'm coffee buzzed and constant erections.

I can say this much: After one week I have seen a difference in pretty much every aspect I was hoping to change.

If nothing else, I'm happier. Even Laura has noticed this; she says that I'm "lighter," emotionally. I like it.

I'll be posting about this tomorrow but I can say that I am very happy to be on the gel. The change isn't huge yet but it's there and it's good.

So the dramatic effect is lessened, which I think you'll like.
